Loosening Perfectionism, Mom Guilt & Impossible Standards

Good Enough, On Purpose is a 90-minute virtual mental health workshop for moms and mother figures who feel pressure to do motherhood perfectly, carry guilt that never seems to let up, compare themselves to others, or find it hard to rest unless they’ve “earned” it. Motherhood can come with an endless list of spoken and unspoken rules. This workshop offers space to step back and ask which ones actually fit the life you have. It’s for any season of motherhood: pregnancy, postpartum, the school-age years, and beyond.

Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants will learn the difference between guilt and responsibility, take inventory of their “good-mom rules” (chosen, borrowed, or impossible), practice the Fact – Story – Standard reflection to slow down comparison and self-criticism, identify three personal values, and practice the Notice – Normalize – Nurture self-compassion reset.

✨ You’ll leave with practical tools, guided reflection, and a digital workbook to help you design one good-enough experiment, one boundary sentence, and one support request for the week ahead. These are small, intentional ways to protect your energy without letting go of what matters most.

Eligibility: Texas residents who are physically located in Texas during the workshop
