The Growth Room
Thoughtfully designed workshops to support your mental well-being, deepen self-understanding, and help you feel less alone.
Boundaries, Grief & Letting Go of the Perfect Holiday
A Softer Holiday Season is a 90-minute mental health workshop created for women who want to experience the holidays with a little less pressure and a little more peace. Together, we’ll explore holiday stress, family expectations, boundaries, grief, guilt, emotional labor, financial pressure, sensory overload, and the feeling of being responsible for making the season special for everyone else.
Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants will identify their biggest sources of holiday pressure, explore which traditions genuinely matter to them versus those they feel obligated to maintain, practice a quick reset for moments of overwhelm, create clear and healthy boundaries, and develop a personalized before-during-after plan for navigating stressful holiday situations.
✨ You’ll leave with practical tools, guided reflection, and a digital workbook designed to help you create a holiday season that feels more manageable, meaningful, and you.

Reclaiming Identity During Change, Uncertainty & New Beginnings
Between Versions of Me is a 90-minute virtual mental health workshop created for women navigating seasons of change when the person they were no longer quite fits, but who they’re becoming still feels uncertain. Whether you’re experiencing changes in motherhood, relationships, career, caregiving, fertility decisions, relocation, grief, or simply wondering, “Who am I in this season of my life?” —this workshop offers space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants will create a transition map, explore the difference between identity and the roles they carry, clarify personal values, practice “both-and” thinking for navigating conflicting emotions, and create a low-pressure 30-day identity experiment to begin exploring what feels meaningful in this next chapter.
✨ You’ll leave with practical tools, guided reflection, and a digital workbook designed to help you navigate uncertainty with greater self-understanding and begin discovering what the next version of you might look like.
Eligibility: Texas residents who are physically located in Texas during the workshop
Anxiety, Mental Load, Burnout & Learning to Feel Like Yourself Again
If you’re the one who remembers everything, handles everything, worries about everyone, and still feels like you should be doing more, this workshop was created with you in mind. The Overwhelmed Woman is a 90-minute virtual workshop focused on helping women understand the connection between anxiety, mental load, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. Together, we’ll explore why it can be so difficult to slow down, ask for help, set boundaries, or rest without guilt and how these patterns can quietly affect your emotional well-being. You’ll learn practical strategies for managing overwhelm, recognizing your personal warning signs, creating healthier boundaries, and identifying what you can do, delegate, delay, or let go of. You’ll leave with a personalized “overwhelm reset” plan and tangible tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself again.
