The Therapist Edit
Thoughtfully curated for the people who hold space for others.
WELCOME TO THE THERAPIST EDIT
A thoughtfully curated space created specifically with therapists in mind.
I created The Therapist Edit because, as a therapist myself, I know how much goes into creating a practice that not only supports your clients but also feels good and authentic to you. From finding the right resources to creating a welcoming office and navigating the business side of private practice, there are so many little pieces that come together.
I wanted to create one place where therapists could find a little bit of everything, without having to search all over for it. Whether you're designing a therapy space that feels like you, looking for meaningful client resources, building your private practice, or just searching for therapist-approved finds that make your workday a little better, The Therapist Edit is here to make your practice feel more intentional, beautiful, and uniquely yours.
01 — DESIGN MY THERAPY OFFICE
Your space should feel as good as the work you do.
When I designed my own therapy office, I wanted it to feel warm, calming, elevated, and like a space both my clients and I would genuinely enjoy. After sharing it on social media, the response completely surprised me, my office design blew up, and I received so many questions about where I found everything and how I pulled the space together. I’ve always had a passion for design, so that response inspired me to create Design My Therapy Office, a virtual design service that takes the guesswork and endless searching out of creating a beautiful therapy space. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refreshing your current office, I’ll help you create a space that feels comfortable, cohesive, welcoming, and most importantly, like you.
02 — THERAPIST RESOURCE SHOP
Beautiful tools for meaningful work.
Therapists already have so much on their plates, and finding quality resources shouldn’t feel like another thing on the to-do list. I personally love structure, organization, and having systems in place, and I’ve found that creating workbooks, worksheets, session guides, and other tools helps me feel prepared and keep sessions on track while still allowing room for each client’s individual needs. That’s why I created the Therapist Resource Shop—a collection of thoughtfully designed, practical, and easy-to-use resources that I would genuinely use in my own sessions, all with the warm and approachable Colorful Emotions aesthetic, so therapists can spend less time searching and creating and more time focusing on their clients.
03 — BUILD MY PRACTICE
You became a therapist to help people — not to figure out everything else alone.
Building a private practice is exciting—but figuring out everything that comes with it can feel overwhelming. From branding and websites to marketing, systems, and finding clients, there are so many pieces no one really teaches you in grad school.
I’ve always loved the business side of creating something from the ground up, and after building my own practice, I realized how helpful it can be to have someone in your corner to bounce ideas off of, ask questions, and help you figure out what comes next.
That’s why I created Build My Practice—a mentorship experience for new and soon-to-be therapists who want personalized support as they build, launch, or grow a private practice that feels professional, intentional, and authentically you.
04 — THERAPIST FAVORITES
The good stuff — already found for you.
Therapist Favorites is a collection of things I personally own, use, and love in my own therapy space and practice. Everything here is handpicked by me, from furniture and décor to books, games, organization tools, therapy supplies, and everyday finds that make my workday a little easier. I know how easy it is to spend hours searching online and reading endless reviews, so I wanted to create one beautiful, easy-to-browse place where I can share the things I genuinely use and would recommend to other therapists.
Have a question about The Therapist Edit or looking for something specific? I’d love to hear from you.
