Sliding Scale
We believe quality mental health care should be accessible.
A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available based on financial need and circumstances.

Insurance
Colorful Emotions Therapy is currently an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance.
However, a monthly superbill can be provided upon request. Clients may submit this document to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by insurance plan.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
A credit card will be securely stored on file during the intake process and charged following each session.
If a third party will be financially responsible for services, additional consent and payment responsibility forms must be completed prior to treatment.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee unless an emergency situation exists.
