Held in Love | A Gentle Workbook for Grieving a Miscarriage or Pregnancy Loss

$9.99

The due date that came and went. The announcement you never got to make. The questions that keep you up at night, and the people who did not know what to say. Losing a pregnancy can be one of the loneliest kinds of grief, and if that sounds familiar, you are far from alone.

Held in Love is a 23-page printable workbook for grieving a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, or other pregnancy loss, however early or long ago it happened. It offers plain-language grief psychoeducation and gentle write-in pages for telling your story, naming what you lost, easing self-blame, planning for hard moments, and remembering your baby or pregnancy in your own way. You choose the words that fit you. Partners and non-birthing parents are welcome too. Every page is optional, and you do not have to do it perfectly.

WHAT THIS WORKBOOK HELPS YOU DO

Understand your grief: Read plain-language pages on why pregnancy loss is often grieved quietly and how grief can come in waves.

Tell your story: Use guided prompts to write your story in your own words and name the hopes, plans, and future you lost.

Ease self-blame: Gently look at "what if" thoughts and practice a fair, kind inner voice.

Get through hard moments: Plan for due dates, pregnancy announcements, baby showers, and anniversaries, use a coping menu, and find words for telling others what helps.

Remember and look ahead: Explore ways to honor your baby or pregnancy, write a letter, practice self-compassion, and think about what is next with no pressure.
